Username My Account For Customers – If forgotten How can they retrieved it?

Hello Harry,

I’ve a question and don’t arrive to find information about it.

I would like to know in case a client is asking for the username (My Account) they used but forgot or lost it :

1. If a client lost/forgot the username (My Account), how can they retrieved it?
2. Can I change and sent to the client the old  username or have I to create a new one and sent to them?
3. Is there an specific email (automated) for that?

Hi Marjolein,

If the client forgot the username they still use their email to get username and password. and this process automate. It using the email of admin of website.
