Vertical side thumbnail are not working in product page

Could you please try clear cache of browser. I view your site on 3 different (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) it still work well

I think problem because you setting different product layout for 2 product.

Now you want display product layout like this http://a7a.fbc.myftpupload.com/product/classy-harcourt/ http://prntscr.com/h78uqq or setup product detail like this http://a7a.fbc.myftpupload.com/product/classy-s-jaguar/ http://prntscr.com/h78vem

Hi,

Thank you for more details information, we saw the issue. Now can fix by add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.jas-carousel { transition: none;}
