Visual Composer licence and Envato Market

Hi Team

 

Right now the only plugin which is not updated is the Visual Composer which is requesting a licence. Do you have a licence code? This plugin is included in the theme page. Anyway, if you don’t have a licence, please let me know what happen if I uninstall this plugin. I’ve never used it, and I don’t plan to do it.

On the other hand, I’ve updated Claue using the Envato Toolkit, but is listed in the replaced plugins, a warning message is displayed in my panel, so I’ll erase it. The thing is, there is a replacement, Envato Market, but Claue is not available for updates. Are you going to include Claue? Are you going to write a tutorial post for Envato Market?

Hi Flavex,

1. The new version of plugin included in new version of theme, after update theme you can update plugin.
I see you’re using this for homepage layout, if you uninstall this plugin your homepage layout will break.

2. Could you send me the admin login link and temporary admin account as private reply. I will check and help you solve the issue.

I saw that you can’t access to my WP panel. I’ve opened a ticket regarding the situation of the error in your log in, with the hosting support team.

As soon as they reply I’ll let you know in order to fix the issues with Visual Composer and Envato toolkit.

What should I do with Envato Toolkit???

Please remove plugin Envato ToolKit and install Envato Market and follow this https://envato.com/market-plugin/ to use this plugin.

Thanks. I guess I worked another plugin, or this one is another version. So, once Claue have a new version, this plugin will notify me and I’ll be able to update the theme directly through Envato Market?

Yes, when Claue have new version you will get notify in WordPress to update plugins. And you will update theme in Envato Market.

Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update all recommend plugins.

I have tried to install all plugin in appearance, but iam not found any plugin update / theme update.

If issue still there please create new topic with your site url and temporary admin account. We will check and help you solve your issue.

Again, I can’t update the  page builder from Apparence-Install Plugin. This option is not there anymore. Also, since the last Claue theme update,  the video background from the home page, is over the menu and header, but that’s not the original setting. Can you help please?
