Hi Team
I’m working in the sandbox, with “no media content (pictures)”, and the workload time of the landing page is between 10 and 20 seconds, when it suppose to be between 2 and 4 seconds. The current hosting is optimized for WP websites, and have a feature called Super Speed. I opened a ticket on my hosting WP support and they answered the following message:
The account is upgraded to WordPress Essentials plan and there is no issue with the servers. It is the contents of the website causing slowness. Some cache-able resources have a short freshness lifetime. I have now set high expiration date for the resources through .htaccess file which should improve the performance of the website. I have also checked the performance at https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dLI3NM/http://www.frioportatil.com/sandbox/ and it shows that There are 44 JavaScript files served from http://www.frioportatil.com. They should be combined into as few files as possible. You can check the links mentioned in the Pingdom website and check the plugin or theme to which the link is related. You can then contact the plugin / theme provider to get the issue resolved.
I want to know if this mega slowness can be optimized doing an uninstall of some plugins suggested in your documentations or what are the items which are caused this situation.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
You can use some plugins to speed up your site https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ should use CDN service (CloudFlare, MaxCDN).
Best regards
Harry

Hi Harry
Today, after last night I made the spanish translation and add one of the plugins you suggested above, I cannot access the CMS panel or site due to the 500 Internal Server Error. Is more than factible that this is caused by the plugin named. Do you know how can I fix this and access again to the CMS panel? Thanks in advance!

Hi Flavex,
This issue normally come from your server. You can ask your hosting provider to support you.
