Hello, our website is showing in a very weird way. We contacted our hosting platform (Bluehost) to check the issue, and this was their reply: “When checking the error log I could see that it is the theme “claue” that is causing the issue. You will have to change the theme or you will have to contact the theme vendor to check what compatibility issue it its facing in case you want the same theme”.

Could you please try to check from your end and tell me exactly what are the requirements of the theme and what is to be corrected in the hosting?

Hi Maria,

I see you added custom CSS, max-width: 700px but don’t know where you added. Please remove custom CSS you added.

Now your site has error code, can you try deactivate plugin one by one and check the error.
