Which version of theme run on your website? Now latest version is 1.4.2, if your version is lower pls update and check. if still have problem please send teamviewer ID /pass as private reply we will login to your computer to check.

Hi , no ips is blocked . I don’t know if the Hosting Provider blocked your ip . But let me send the teamviewer details in a bit . I did update the site this morning . But the quick preview images is still missing . Regards .

Yes, I use free edition, but it said i’m connecting to a computer of a company as commercial use.
Do you have skype? pls send me your skype i will add your skype to remote

What version of teamviewer are you using that side . I am alo using the free edition .

Can you ask your hosting provider why connect from Vietnam blocked. I try with some ISP provider and send your website link to my friend but still can’t connect.
It’s better if i can connect your site for future support.

Hi there , i went out of office and closed teamviewer . It is open now again . Please try to connect now with the above mentioned details .
Regarding the ip blocked i did notify the hosting provider and awaiting feedback .
