Do I now need to purchase the WPML plugin in order for my site to function properly? I’ve been trying to activate the plugin’s the backend of my site and it seems that I need to buy this now. Thanks.

I just recently renewed the six months support with you but unfortunately it’s going to be an issue for me to stick with your theme because I am now required to purchase the plugin for WPML. My client does not want to pay more for this feature that their site requires. I require a refund for the prepaid for support that has not been used as of this date.

We can’t refund the support, the Envato system only support refund when you did new purchase.

The plugin WPML is individual not related theme. No theme include WPML in package.
