Dear i have again the same problem described in this topic:

The image are not showed on the product page.

Please could you check the reason why there is this issue.

the solution proposed last time couldn’t be apply because the plaug-in mentioned is deactivated.

I have renewed the support… instead on my account is diplayed that is Expired, but is not true.

Many thanks Harry, now is better than before.

I have another little problem with the image… but i don’t know if depends on the template.. maybe on the WP Configurator, because i see that the image composed from the choose made from the customer… do not appear ..
If i change the class “subnet” removing it… as you can see in the screenshot attached. all seams working good…

Any suggestion?

You are my angel… the only thing is not really correct is the position of the image… but if i add to cart a standard product this will become ok… have you any suggestion?

I have to activate the child theme??
