I saw your site use header layout-2. To control mobile menu you go to Appearance > Menus > Select Primary Menu

 

Add subcategories to this menu

It can’t make all tab active, which your site layout we recommend change accordion to tab by go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Extra infomation > Tab (the description tab always active).

We can’t implement code in child theme so we have to do it in theme.js. So you have to backup theme.js before update and after that replace new file with backup file.
