Sorry it can’t change in Dashboard. You can change in claue-child > View > Header > Layout-x.php as layout run on your site.

Hi,

I checked your setting but don’t see any shipping method in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping but saw
HK SpeedPost Service and DHL Express on front end. could you try disable this shipping method and setting in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and try check it again.

Because header stick from start when you do not do anything so when you scroll so it hard to make smooth animation for header.
