You can remove the link size guide in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Miscellaneous > Size guide image > and remove this.

1. You can add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Options > General Layout > Custom CSS

h1.product_title.entry-title { font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold;}

And change 20 with your number

2. I checked your site on my phone iphone 6 and 7+ on iOS 10.3.3 it still work well. could you tell me which device you have this issue?

You can change layout of product page in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Thumbnail position > bottom.
