Hi,
You mean remove this menu. You can remove this menu in Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Categories Menu Sidebar > Remove the widget in this Sidebar

This issue because plugin (shipping) doesn’t support Ajax add to cart so i disable Ajax add to cart in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Add to cart behavior > Uncheck in Ajax fields, it now work well.

1. I checked your site and saw you only change Page Title you don’t change slug so the link doesn’t change

After you change slug you need to remove all product in cart and try add product cart again to mini cart update checkout link.

I checked on my site it still work well.
Could you try deactivate plugins on your site one by one. Maybe it conflict with another plugin

Could you explain more your issue. You mean the pages like on our demo the the pages you build on your site?

1. You can change height of page title on shop page by go to JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > General Setting > Page Title > by default padding top and padding bottom of page title is 55px, you can reduce height of Page title by reduce padding top and padding bottom http://take.ms/TZEIg
2. If you off page title you can add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS
#jas-content .jas-wc { margin-top: 30px;}
