2. You can change submenu background in JanStudio > Theme Option > Color Scheme > Header> Sub Menu Hover Background Color

You can change text by add custom css in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.header__top .header-text {
font-size: 14px;
color: #878787;
}

You can change 14 with your site and #878787 with your color

This is loading effect. When user open your site, it have popup loading, when your site loaded complete. the loading popup will hide.

You can remove background overlay page head by add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

1. You can make slider full width by add edit wrap row and uncheck in wrap content http://take.ms/5B9r2
2. I check your Instagram images, it have more white space on top and bottom http://take.ms/YbC4V so Instagram section not align
