As your screen shot. You’re using gecko theme. After install sample data all images will be replace by place holder image because the copyright and license of image.

I check your site and change edit product layout to Native WooCommerce product editing screen http://take.ms/EetLO
You have to enable openswatch for this product.

I don’t know why the variation on other language out of stock. Could you ask support from WPML with experienced, hope they can help you better than us.

Hi,

We can use this layout as homepage by go to Settings > Reading > Front page display > Front page > Home 6.

And set header layout as left side by go to Claue > Theme Option > Header > Choose Header Layout 5. This will apply for all site.

By default when you import sample data the images will be replace with place holder image. Maybe your server doesn’t give permission to generate place holder image.

You can download this file https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1WiKtb7n-e1NWdUdnhFZTZDZEk and upload to folder wp-content > uploads in your site.
