Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce > New Language > English(US) > Search the text “Total” and translate to “Total(TTC)”

Yes, you can use WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin, you can disable default currency by go to Claue > Theme Option > Header > Enable Currency > Off
