You can activate both (claue or claue-child)

Claue is core theme and claue-child is extend of claue. We recommend use claue-child to override style, function of core theme and in future you can update core theme without loss your customize code.

After activate theme you need install recommend plugins and import sample data content to help you build your site. you can follow our document at http://janstudio.net/claue/document/
