I’m using retina and more site run with 270 x 360 without problem.

1. You can change page title background for shop page in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > General Settings > Page Title

2. On other page you can change by upload featured image.

2. You need go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display > Product Image > Catalog Image change to 270 x 360

After that go to Tools > Regenerate Thumb to reduce image size.

1. You can disable Topic by edit search form and uncheck topic

2. You download attach file to replace helpdesk-addons plugin

After that go to Loco > Plugin > HelpDesk Addon > Edit Language > Sync to update string. after that you can translate other string , for other you can translate in plugin bbPress.
