Sorry for late reply.

With your case, can’t do it because pay-form will get price = (total price – discount of coupon code )  to have last price, if you move coupon form below payment method, the last price = total price ( do not reduce price and  apply  payment before apply discount coupon.

You can add custom css code in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

#bbpress-forums li.bbp-header a.subscription-toggle { color: #fff;}

and change #fff with your color.

The update theme will apply for parent theme “Claue” and doesn’t affect to child theme so your custom code on child theme still keep after update.

You should update parent theme because we have some fix bugs and some new features, and you can update parent theme while using child theme.
