You can follow our document at http://janstudio.net/gecko/document/, navigate to WooCommerce Settings > Product’s Image Size.
Change the size of images match with your product’s image original size.

After setup your product images size go to Tools > Regenerate Thumb to generate images.

We are working on issue to fix problem with Ajax on WooCommerce 3.0.

Now you can disable Ajax add to cart in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Add to cart behavior

The problem because you set number of products per page smaller than number of Column.

The number of products per page always need to bigger than number of Column
