You can use WPML plugin https://wpml.org/ to translate your theme and it have option to detect ip location and automatically display local language  https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-detect-ip-location-and-automatically-display-local-language/

You can use Loco translate plugin create new language as English-US and change “Mini Cart” to “Shopping Cart” without touch code.

1. Can you tell me the problem on which browser and which OS

2. You can reduce row height by add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.shop_table th, .shop_table td { padding: 5px 10px;}

3. You can copy file orders.php from folder wp-content >  plugins > woocommerce > templates > myaccount to gecko-child > woocomerce > myaccount  to override code.
