You can delete related portfolio by add custom css

.single-portfolio  #jas-content .jas-container.mb__60 + .jas-container.mb__60 {display:none;}

You can add custom CSS in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

We check your site, and switch to default theme “Twenty Sixteen” but still saw this problem

You can send this screen shot to WooCommerce and tell them try switch to default theme to check. Problem come from Multi Shipping Plugin not Product Add on plugin

This warning relate to cache plugin. You can try disable plugin and ask plugin author to fix this.
