We checked your sites and feel 2 site have same speed. You feel https://roasthead.com because it has more images than https://kahlwooddecor.com on homepage.

You can change in DashBoard > WooCommerce > Settings> Product Display

after you set you photo to square you need regenerate thumbnail

Yes, if you have only added custom css in the “Theme Options” section and have only used the available tools in “Theme Options” and “Customize” (under “Appearance”), you won’t lose any of your custom settings

Hi,

we inclued gecko-child in package you download from Themeforest so you can use this.

If you only add code in Theme Option and don’t touch any code in theme > gecko you can update theme without losing your customize
