I checked your site and saw other tab have products, You should config product display as grid and make sure category contain product not empty

Because you setting row full height and content in middle but your image slide not equal with height of your screen.

if you want display more you have to set more than 5 at http://prnt.sc/dgcjde
It random in number of product you display, can’t display 4 products per category.

1. The first you need create category for video. Dashboard > Video > Add new > Categories > New Category
2. You can add Video by go to Dashboard > Video > Add new

3. In Appearance > Menus > Add a menu as All Videos
