Hi,I checked your site and saw, switcher language menu they use code have different structure with our menu.
you can use custom css in JansStudio > Theme Options > General Layout > Custom CSS to display language switcher
#jas-mobile-menu ul .pll-parent-menu-item > a {display: none;}
#jas-mobile-menu ul .pll-parent-menu-item ul { display: block; padding-left: 0;}

I checked again with WooCommerce when switch language to English-UK but don’t see problem. Maybe this come from extra plugin for WooCommerce.

Because your site main language is English-UK and default language of WooCommerce is English-US, you can report this bug for WooCommerce author.

In English you can change from (Cart to Basket) or (Basket to Cart)

You can change header layout to layout 3 in JanStudio > Theme Option > Header > Header Layout 3

Product count on shop page will display when number of all products > number of product you set per page in JanStudio > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Listing Setting > Number of product per page
