I see the issue, you check in this option https://tppr.me/xxIr and it change the path to image when i uncheck the issue resolve.

I’m not sure why on my local it work well https://tppr.me/IkMmM. On your site when i deactivate plugin WPML it show the image. Let us check more and give you solution.

It now show the image, please try delete the English version and check again.

I have to go to WPML > Setting > Media Translation and click on Apply button.

I see you using our theme for new site. Please buy new license for new site. One license only can use for one site.

You need create a sample post in other language and also need media translation.
