I tried update WordPress, plugins, switch to default theme, clear WooCommerce transients, clear expired transients but the issue still there.

Could you try create new staging site and update WordPress first after that update WooCommerce, update WooCommerce database and check again.

The error related to plugin “wc-smart-cod” please go to ftp > wp-content > plugins and delete folder “wc-smart-cod” and try again.

Sorry by default WooCommerce not support show the filter on custom page. It only work on category page. In your case, i’m sorry i can’t help.
