1. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Enable Flip Product Thumbnail
2. I Checked your site, the checkout page still work well https://tppr.me/DHrnvu please try clear cache on your site or open your site on Incognito Window.

I mean you only need create Club | Oak | Shadow | Cherry | Walnut
Remove the variation “Any Materials” both 10,14 because price you set for the variation “Any Materials” different with separate variation.

1. I checked your site the product image still show well.
2. Now you are using infinite scroll it show loading icon when you scroll down, i turn it off in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings
3. After change any setting you need clear cache of WPRocket to make the setting work https://tppr.me/W0ztgS (show footer copyright)
