Can you change your hosting to Apache or Ngnix, the window hosting not working well with PHP and you also have to setting the .htaccess

I see your site running on PHP 8.0 ti cause error when import. Can you try ask hosting support to downgrade PHP to 7.3.x for stable. and try import again.
