Ok, both files have been recovered and the translations are back.
So we’re back at the beginning – what’s the next step?
should we backup this file or should we recover this file from the yesterday’s backup?
( btw the remaining claue themes you’re mentioning are just previous folders “claue” we renamed to something like “claueold” but kept on the server just to be sure that when we do manual update of your theme and something goes wrong, we can just rename the folder back to “claue”)
We should be able to recover any file – files are getting backed up every day. Please let me know which file (location and name) should we recover exactly.

No, it has been translated (for 7% for a long time, even this morning). We haven’t removed any files. Now, it looks like the translations we had on the eshop are lost!

We have tried the solution, but the issue persists, unfortunately.
We did Loco Translate > Themes > Claue > Edit templates > Sync > Save.
Then, when we want to translate the string Loco Translate > Themes > Claue (or even the child theme) > (language “Slovencina”), it seams to be already translated as before.
