Thank you very much, that’s good news as that’s always been a troublesome plugin. Thankfully I’ll be removing it soon as the ‘Order Note to Seller’ box (you helped me with layout issues) is going to be replacing the functionality of WC Fields Factory 🙂

Oh the layout issue with the additional menu…. that was my fault and all solved (sorry!)

So it’s just finding which plug in uses ‘TimePicker’ now 🙂

I stayed up all night deactivating plug ins and changing to Storefront theme and finally the layout issues are ok! Phew!

Thanks for taking a look, I have searched for ‘Timepicker’ in Cpanel but couldn’t find it in any tables. Is there any way I can find this out? (sorry to ask)

The only layout issue now is the additional menu at the bottom of every page (for all users and all products).

Hi Harry,

Yes that’s incorrect. That is the home page image not the image from the vendors shop banner. I’ve obviously used the debugger tool over and over again hoping it eventually pics up the vendor shop banner image. It also says ‘Beautiful Handmade Gifts’ but should have the vendors shop name here, along with their shop description. So now I’m using Claue, every single vendor on the site gets exactly the same image when sharing their own shops on Facebook. Which is awful, as we used to have the vendors banner image, shop name, shop description on the share.

I previously using the following themes:

Kleo, Social Marketplace, Storefront and all of these themes displayed the vendors shop details rather than a generic image for all shops and incorrect text.

Just noticed there is a No.7 too:

When user is viewing products with price variations, if they click on the hamburger menu icon nothing happens – it says Javascript Void

But I’ve just noticed my menu appears right at the bottom under the footer when viewing products with price options (see screenshot)

Hello, I’ve been having ‘Pending Payment’ against some of my orders too lately. I’ve contacted these customers asking them to complete payment and if anything went wrong at checkout but not one has come back to me to help me understand whats happened. I’m wondering if they have attempted to pay via card in the Paypal screen and something has started to go wrong Paypals end. I’ve never had this before Feb, so there is a possibility it’s when I changed to Claue, but I can’t see how a theme would affect that unless it’s affecting checkout on some customers screens. Sorry I don’t have an answer for you, I’m scratching my head about it too.

I’ve heard that on 15th May WordPress will issue an update which will be GDPR compliant, so I’m hoping that means our users can delete their own accounts.

Hi Harry sorry ignore that! It seems to make the image small only when there are a lot of products listed. I was looking at a vendor account that only had a few products, so the images displayed the right size, but on checking another account with lots of products the image is still tiny.
