Nice, but for me, there is still a problem, I would like to be able to navigate from there (pic attached). Sorry, don’t remember the name of this in English… that is more important for user experience. And here, the category is unfortunately not visible and clickable.

I don’t see. In my case, it should be in only one category. kb categories are subcategories of Knowledge base, right? We should find them visible in the slug.

Great if you can implement this in the next updates or so:
A customizable message sent by mail and or showed in their admin:”your support period is about to expire, please renew your support subscription”
Threads and discussions looked at day+ 1 expiration time. with a customizable message alert.
All this as options.
