We DID add it inside the correct folder but it does not override the parent theme’s file.

Look, we extended the support… which means we paid for your support and we expect you to resolve this.

It works because we made the changes in the Parent theme files. When we make the changes in the child theme files they do not override the parent theme. We do not want to remove the line, we added it there.

Even If we move the original file there in the child theme, the css still fails.

Like I already told you, we hid it temporarily but it still shows on page load. Try a refresh and look at the point where it’s supposed to be, please. See the attached screenshot.

We need to remove it completely and only you can help us achieve that.
