The problem caused by our theme, we will improve it in next version, you don’t need do anything, just click upgrade button in Envato toolkit plugin when we have a new version.

Sorry for the late response, I have spent a lot of time to check this issue, but I can’t find any solution, and I activated the default theme of WC (Storefront), it has same problem as well. So I think the problem from your hosting or the plugin installed on your site.

Is this production site? Can I deactivate one by one plugin to check?
