    Now the theme does not display properly. When I change it over to another theme, it works fine, but when I use your theme, it does not display properly. I don’t know why I have to purchase another support ticket when this is something that your theme should work properly. Is there a bug or an update problem?

    I have deactivated all envato and additional plugins on my website but still it is not working. I think it is an error on your end. I think it is a bug that you need to fix on your end. I cant understand why I need to pay for support again when it is a design flaw on your end. For some reason the WP bakery used on the theme will not link with the woocommerce.

    I have updated and nothing has changed. This is an error on your themes end. It is repeating the custom product addon for no reason. I need it fixed asap. Thanks

    When trying to edit the text in textbox in wp bakery page builder, it will not let me align the text to the middle etc.

    Also…

    the menu is not working. when i tried to change the primary menu to a new menu, it will not change.

    I have deleted and installed the theme again to see if there are any changes but nothing

    Need help urgently, need to launch today

    actually also the home menu doesnt work properly, this whole theme is not working properly!!

    If I redownload the theme would that help or would I loose all my work? Are you able to redownload the theme for me as I do not know how to do that without loosing all my work. Please, your help would be much appreciated :).

    Yes I updated it. I am still unable to add elements on pages. And also when I try and clone the website, this error comes up:

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

     

    I used the WP Clone plugin, it has worked with every website but for some reason not this one and also the fact that I cant seem to add elements on my web pages, there might be an error (bug) with the theme.
