Many thanks for taking a look and doing the tweaks, we appreciate it.
We just cleared all our caches including Siteground and took a look but the change is not showing up everywhere. We even tested it on a remote proxy server. In most browsers including mobile the space is there. For us it shows without the space on the browser we use to make the changes but everywhere else it is still there (it will probably be the same for you). On the proxy servers, the space was almost always there. We tested it from US, Canada and Japan, always there.
Do you know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Apologies for this message. We noticed that the white space on the home page which we asked you about earlier on this thread is there again. It appears after New Arrivals and before From Our Collection. Here is a screenshot:
It seems to have become bigger and it also appears on the mobile. Just to make sure that it wasn’t just a caching problem, we had someone in another country load the page and the space also appeared.
Could you please let us know what is causing this? The space seems to have been there for quite a while now.

Aaah, now it makes sense! Thank you Harry, we kept wondering how you did it and why there was no mention of setting up multiple images in the plugin documentation. 🙂
Thank you again for all your help Harry, we really do appreciate it. We have also just left a review for you on Themeforest. We waited this time until we had tested everything so it took us a while (as you know we purchased this theme a long time ago). But you’ve been fantastic and the theme is great and we have really appreciated that.

We don’t have a problem with creating multiple pins on the same image, we have been able to do this. The problem is when we try to add an extra image to create a gallery of images which we can put pins on. Like this, from the demo:
We have tried to add the multiple images for the same product in pin maker but it just won’t let us. For example, we set up some pins on an image for the Men’s Red and Brown Wooden Watch. No problems there and you can see the image with the pins in it on the product page. But then we tried to add other images on the same product page (to create the gallery look like in the demo) so that we could put pins in them and it would not let us.
We have checked the plugin documentation and it does not help and the plugin support seems to be abandoned.
Could you let us know how to add extra images in the same product through pin maker?

Our support has just run out but we sent this question 4 days ago and haven’t heard back from you.

Thank you for your suggestion but we already have the testimonials set up through the Mega Addons plugin you suggested earlier. Please take a look at the screenshot we sent you in the last message. All we need is to be able to line up the testimonials in one row instead of having them all one below the other. How do we do this on Page Builder?
