Thank you Harry,

I added these files to public_html/wp-content/languages/loco/themes and then translated the not found strings and now it’s working, but whenever I press sync these strings get removed again.

And I still believe that this problem comes from claue.pot because I checked that out of the WordPress and Loco translation (POEdit) and didn’t find the missing transtation strings on that like view details and Backup

Did you check the claue.pot that is working fine in the screenshot via the claue.pot in the update theme folder?

Yeah. So strange!

Are you sure that the claue.pot which you are using to sync is the same with claue.pot in the theme folder?

I mean maybe you have updated your local but not in the theme folder!

If they are the same, please sync the pearsian language and save that then send the zip folder of .mo and po file.

I will replace them via ftp.

The funny thing is that I am checking the claue.pot with PoEdit Software

Harry,

There was no problem on the syncing for other languages, the strings got update on other languages because they were not updated from long time age. the strings added to them and they got synced.

But for the Persian that I always update after the theme update, it says it is already synced.

And this happening from two versions ago that you added Sticky Header Logo in the theme settings. http://prntscr.com/mao2vq

I was not able to translate them from that time too because after syncing again, I cannot find them too like Backup

I did, no changes.

The size of the uploaded claue.pot was the same as previous one on the host.

I checked other languages and synced them but didn’t find view details

And I think it’s not a bad idea to add some Font Awesome to that like This

And remove the text decoration by default.
