      Hello ,

I see on the admin panel but, the model panel is not sizable.
      and post link error:

I changed the permalink in the theme option, I’m also going to Settings> Permalink and I click save.

I deactivate the plugin, to have a solution

      Thank you

    • #19692

I delete the plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/echo-knowledge-base/
      Because it does not work

So I replace for nothing, the helpdesk-add-on plugin for the one you gave?
Should we also remove the helpdesk-add-on plugin, to go back to the previous version?
Or the version you sent can work without the plugin here? https://wordpress.org/plugins/echo-knowledge-base/

So I do not have the previous version of the helpdesk-add-on plugin?

    • #19694

      Hi,

      Hi,

      1) I have not received an answer?

      2) You have not yet understood the question?
I do not use this plugin he did not install on my site

To put it plainly: another plugin / theme or other has replaced the basic function wp to send new user information.

      Question on: ?

This is your plugin that replaces the function “wp_new_user_notification”!

Another plugin of your theme replaces the function “wp_new_user_notification”!

Please perform a full text search on your complete plugin and theme folder and search for the string “function wp_new_user_notification”. Report me which file / plugin / theme has the defined function.
It replaces the WP FUNCTION by default!

      Thank you

      Hi,

Author Foster, said in 2017 that the problem on the modal will be solved in the next update?
Why did we say that if we do not take it?

How to customize the default emails of WordPress without plugin?

I would like to know if it is possible to personalize the registration confirmation e-mail of a site user.

Once the user registers in Back-Office when we check Send password? Send this password to the new user on his e-mail address.
I would like to customize the mail with the logo of the site and below:

      Hello NAME FIRST NAME,
We thank you for your registration request and ask you to receive your login details below, remember to change your password when you next login through the tab edit my account:
      Identifier: TEST
      Password: TEST
Log in to this URL to access your customer area:
      http: //
      Excellent visit.

All this without plug-in if possible.
Thank you in advance for your answers

      cordially
