Questions about the setting options in Gecko

Dear support-team,
I have a few questions and I don’t know if this is the right way to get support.

1. I can select multiple columns in the product display settings. Is it also possible to display a product across the entire width of the page? So create a one-column grid
2. I would like to display a product on two pages, but with a different photo in the overview.
   As an example, I would like to advertise the product with a detailed photo on the landingpage and in the shop the product should be shown with a normal photo. Can I determine which image of the article should be shown on which page? If so, where and how?
3. My products have several colors, can they also be shown in the overview when the customer changes color? To describe it even better, the user sees a blue band in the shop. This is also available in other colors. If you now click on the other color in this view, the other photo should also be displayed immediately. Is that possible?

Hi Jennifer,

1. It only way is you combine images to one, it can’t show multi images for one product on home page and category page.

To show one product per row please add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

	flex-basis: 100%;
	max-width: 100%;
}

2. It only way remove featured image from gallery image of product. It can’t use different image between shop page and single product page https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44732859/remove-featured-image-from-the-woocommerce-gallery

1. I used the code, but it only changes something on the homepage, not on the shop page. What do I have to set there? What am I doing wrong?

Hello Harry,

3. I followed the video tutorial but it doesen’t work loíke it should be. For a product, I created it as in the video. In the detailed view of the product, i.e. after the selection, changing the displayed photos works by clicking on the color button. But in the higher-level view, if I have all the items next to or under each other in the shop, I can select the colors, but the photo does not change.

Hello Harry,

I would like to change the picture in the header on page: http://nickel.wildweksel.de/fuer-dein-pferd/.
I tried the gallery image, but the change just doesn’t appear on this side. On every other side it isn’t a problem.

What am I doing wrong?

1. Please go to JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Change number of product per row to 3 products the code will apply for shop page too https://prnt.sc/szt61q

2. Please try update theme and plugin to latest version. http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

3. Please go to anStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > General Settings and upload page title background.

2.2 Put token to this field https://prnt.sc/t01anf and save, after that go to Theme tab to update theme.
