About Custom Zoom with update 1.2.2 Claue

Hi,

I have a problem with custom ZOOM and variation product

When I launch the page https://pre.flaash.net/product/bali-p-1551/ it’s ok and the lensZoom appear

but when I select colors and size the lens disappaer, the zoom is ok only when I change the colors

Hi,

Did you backup the file i recommends. have 3 files you have to put back after update.

The image for individual variations (colors) is ok https://pre.flaash.net/product/bali-p-1551/ but nothing change ?

When I click on product bali-p-155 shop page the page https://pre.flaash.net/product/bali-p-1551/ appear and the lens round appear on the image, but when I click on one color the lens change to square ?? and after when I click on the size the lenszoom disappear ??

Hi,

1. I checked and saw you lost config for example ( Rose – XL5, XL6,XL7,XL8) you need to have all variations.
We recommend create all variations and move size above color like this product https://pre.flaash.net/product/test-product/, the image for zoom only load when you change select for both color and size

2. I checked the issue with lens change to square but can’t success, so you have to change it to default

zoomType: ‘window’
