  The “Add to cart” option during mouse over/hover on all of my products is now gone. I’m not sure what happened. Could you please tell me how to get that option back? Thanks.

  It because you’re enabling catalog mode. You can disable catalog by go to JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > General Setting > Catalog Mode > Off
