Did you running latest version 1.3.2?
Please try update to new version if you running outdated version http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/.
We can’t give you solution if we can’t view your site and check.

We didn’t receive any request support same issue with like your after update.
After update did you clear cache on your site and update recommend plugin?

I check your site many time on with Chrome, Firefox, Safari on macOS and see it still work well. Could you tell us which browser and the OS you’re using?
