The plugin enables pagination for the following shortcodes:

products
product_category
recent_products
featured_products
best_selling_products
top_rated_products
sale_products

Please use shortcode at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ to build best-seller page not use WPBakery PageBuilder
