Block purchase on certain products

Is there a way to block the purchase on certain products that are temporarily unavailable but you still want to have the product page visible? Thanks.

Yes, I still want it visible but not available for actual purchase until we have those particular products in stock again. Thanks.

You only set quantity of this product to out of stock.
