Brand filter doesn’t work

Hi, I have configured the brands name and assigned each product to the brand name but when filtering by brand name doesn’t show the products.

Can you help, please?

I have deactivated the plugin now

I will be away from my computer , so please activate it as soon as you can , I don’t want to face any security issue

Hi,

I check your site and see you enable loadmore pagination it will not loaded all products so when you filter can’t work.

Please go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings and change pagination to “Number”

I have followed your instruction but still doesn’t work. when select / filter by any brand the products doest show.

everything was working fine, when the new update happened then this issue appeared.

thanks for contacting us. The issue I think the theme author are right, but probably we can try to fix it because, in my opinion, we simply need to init again the load more after a filter was applied.

We have a trigger called yith-wcan-ajax-filtered triggered after a filter was applied, the theme author can use this to reinit the load more feature.

Hi,

1. The link i sent mean when i switch your site use default theme “StoreFront” from WooCommerce team the filter not work like use our theme.

2. I forgot activate plugin Claue Addons. It now i enable this plugin and the products show.
