Brands in category and product pages

Hi!

I have installed a plugin for add the Brand to my products: YITH WooCommerce Brands Add-On.

I want to show this brand in product list (by categories) and I’ve ckecked the option in Claue > theme options > woocommerce > Product Listing > Enable Products Attribute On Product List.

But the brand doesn’t appear…

Check this page : http://34.243.13.78/product-category/shirts/

And on it, this product have “Rebel Basic” Brand assigned: SHIRT DENIM.

I want this brand appears in product page too (http://34.243.13.78/product/shirt-denim/)… it is possible without modificated the layout-1.php(/core/libraries/vendors/woocommerce/templates/extras/single/layout-1.php –> could I modificated this file in my theme-child or I have to do it in funtion.php U_U)?

Hi Harry.

I have to use the plugin YITH WooCommerce Brands Add-On… I bought it and it made some specific actions that I need.

I understand that maybe the other works better with your themer, but YITH is compatible with woocommerce, so I hope it doesn’t be a problem.

Anyway, you have not answered my doubts O_O

• if I want to show the brand in category page… Do I have to change the code in a template in my theme-child o in function.php?
• if I want to show the brand in product page… Do I have to change the code in a template in my theme-child o in function.php?

Hi,

Because don’t know the action hook function of plugin YITH Brand so we don”t know which code to add to functions.php in claue-child

We used the plugin we suggest i saw it work well with your requires and it also free you don’t have to pay any more.
