Can I remove Portfolio

I am only using about 40% of the functionality of the Gecko theme. How can I turn off things on the site to speed it up. At the moment it is very slow to load. For example, I do not use the portfolio or catalogue. We have 4 products which will grow to a maximum of 12 so we only need limited functionality. Can we turn things off?

The function of Portfolio use the same code with product so it don’t affect if remove portfolio.

To improve your site speed i recommend you use plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ and use CDN service https://www.cloudflare.com/
