Cannot install "storefront" and I cannot change anything in this theme.

Hi, I’ve follow the instruction to install this theme into the Go daddy WordPress site.

But after the installation, the template is not as same as your sample. (template in my site as below)

And I change the banner and logo, nothing happened.

I’ve found that I can’t install the ” Storefront “.

Could you please help me to find out what’s happened?
