Are you using CloudFlare or sever cache? I tried change setting of Maintenance mode but your site not change. I also change name of file generate Maintenance page but page not change.

I don’t know, all I know I use SiteGround hosting. It is not changing anything, even text and timer not removing from page.

It now i can turn off maintenance mode on your site.  Did you clear cache or do anything?
