  If I click on any of the product categories from the main menu, I am getting an error message about too many redirects.
  
  I haven’t implemented any of the recommendations you gave me for the slow website.

  okay, we fixed that issue. thanks anyways. We will now try your recommendations and test after we turn on each one.
