Changing Email 'From' name

I’ve seen that Emails which are coming from my website (with Gecko Theme), have ‘Gecko Theme…” in the From field and not the website Name. It happens with ‘Forgot My Password’ Email and few similar ones.

How do I change it so it won’t show Gecko, but our website name?
